Re: Fake texts claiming to be from EE (sorted)

right thank you for your replies to my recent messages.

right it is from EE regarding my last contract...apparently they have had quite a few calls today, I was told some people are receiving messages for lines that have been cancelled 5 years ago, so reassuring it was all ok...

So nothing to worry about. 😉great service on the phone,

Re: Fake texts claiming to be from EE

@Hj : Please forward the text to 7726 (letters S.P.A.M. on your keypad) if it is fake but it looks kosher to me. That no. is of EE..

Re: Fake texts claiming to be from EE

Now you have me wondering on this one as the number is 0800 0790160 (similar to the number you have posted.

However the message still does not apply to me..

Re: Fake texts claiming to be from EE

Give them a ring either on that no. which is EE or on 150 & enquire what it's all about.
