I am a current EE customer with SIM only plan, have the option to use Standard Upgrade. I also a member of LifeWorks, when I using the code provided it says that it is not valid. It is valid if I use it as a new customer. Do I need to cancel my current contract, or you able to fix this?

Did you obtain this code from EE perks?
Not all plans/devices can be used with this scheme, so is the plan/handset one which you can obtain? (It will say in the "legal bit).

It says: "You cannot get the Perk discount if you are on a 4GEE Max plan that includes an anytime upgrade benefit".
My Account says: "Standard Upgrade available". "EE SIM 12m 10GB £20" Not anytime though.
I've tried to use this perk on any phone or even sim-only plan, - no luck, same error..

Thanks for your reply. Apparently, the next day the perk has worked. Not sure what was the issue, but thanks to all for their support.
