As the phone lines are to be used 'for urgent enquiries' only, I would like to know if I can speak with someone who can discuss upgrade deals. I am eligible for upgrade as of today, and non of the online 'plans' are competitive against other competitors.
Is it possible to speak with someone from upgrades via call or live chat?
