The EE perks page hasn’t been able to generate codes the last few days, is there a way to upgrade and put the discount on the contract without using the web page?

@Callumarmy The discount has to be applied at the same time of taking out/upgrading it can not be applied after.

Okay thank you, no error messages, I just tap on the ‘get a code’ button and it tries to load the code but keeps the screen as normal, ive tried on numerous devices and operating systems with no luck

Did that work without any issues @Callumarmy?
Could you try clearing your cache and cookies?
I know you've tried multiple devices but it's worth a try.

Perks code generation is broken for me too.
I generated one successfully ~7d ago (which Ive now used and has status "order complete"), have been trying to generate another for a different account and "Get a code" button just refreshes the page with no new code produced.
Given Callum has also raised it assume there is some kind of issue with the page and not just an account specific problem?

Yes, as per my post I had a code work around a week ago. Since using that 1st code (order complete status in perks) I can't generate another despite the perks site saying that I have 4 codes left.

how do I even generate a perks code, I have recently visited my local EE shop who have advised me to register an account with my work email address as I work for a large territorial police force and qualify for a 20% discount. The website is not easy to use and not sure where I find this code. I am considering going elsewhere for my phone deal....Please assist
