I'm trying to see if I can get Amazon Prime Video on my pay monthly contracts by texting PRIME VIDEO to 150
My data SIM gives me the expected reply to confirm YES etc. but my voice SIM just returns a list of options for using texts to 150 even balance etc.
My voice SIM is a small business pay monthly contract which under the t&cs for the offer is eligible for prime video. (see below)
Can someone please advise as to how to get prime video applied to my account.

Hi @kar999,
I would give our customer care team a call regarding the activation of your video pass.
They will be able to check the status on your account to see if the product is pending to be activated.
Come back and let us know how you get on once you have spoken to them.
Alex 🙂

Thanks Alex. I'll call them in the week.
My data SIM returns the expected response to texts for Prime Video but not the voice SIM.

Hi @kar999,
Are they both on the same account? Its strange that one is responding but not the other.
Our care team will be able to fix it for you 🙂
If its easier, you can use our live chat team today. If you go to the 'EE' drop down draw, then select 'chat here with our customer service team'
Alex 🙂

They are on the same MY EE log in but different account numbers.
My voice SIM is a small business account (sole trader) which is eligible according to t&cs. The data SIM was taken out as a domestic deal so maybe there lies the problem.
I'll try a talk to CS in chat later.

Tried live chat who suggested I use the MyEE app and go into add-ons where Prime Video should be there to be added.
Unfortunately, although Apple Music and BT sport are there, Amazon Prime Video wasn't an option.
I'll try calling EE CS during working hours tomorrow.

Customer service have said that for small business accounts like mine, I am eligible but the offer won't be active until 26th March.
Hopefully I'll then be able to either text for the offer or apply via add-ons in My EE app.

Thanks for the update @kar999 🙂
Hopefully other small business users will be able to use your information if they're having a similar issue.
Let us know if you manage to get sorted on the 26th.

It's live now (22 March) via text to 150 but not on the My EE app yet.

Hi @kar999.
Thanks for coming back.
Since our Mobile Care team advised the 26th, I'd recommend checking again in the app then.
