Pixel 3a order confirmation / Google Home Hub

I recently upgraded to a pixel 3a and now want to register for the Google Home Hub which was part of the deal.

To do so, I need.

 

- 'a digital copy of your proof of purchase ready to upload, that shows the model purchased, date of purchase and the retailer name/logo.'

 

- 'Order/Receipt Number'

 

Neither of which I have via email or when I log into my account. Where can I get this information to complete the form?

If you no longer have your delivery note, you'll need to contact our Customer Care Team.

Is there no way to do this without calling? I am currently for the next 2
weeks... surely I can get the info without making a long international call?

Do you have a delivery note in the box with your Google Pixel?

Thanks for your help Leanne. 

 

The whole upgrade was done over the phone, not in store. But I haven't seen anything in my email since. 

 

I think I've still got the box, but not delivery note.
