Perks Account issue

HI all

 

I work for the NHS and I have been trying to set up a perks account

 

I inputted my work email address in the thinking that would be the simple way to sign up but it appears that the verification email will not come through.


I tried to sign up again with a photo this time but it says that my details are already in use.

 

I log in with the work email and I need to verify. I have tried to change this email to no avail.

 

There is no email at all in my works email inbox.

 

Please can someone help

could it be in your junk folder by any chance?

i sometimes find my nhs email account doesn’t allow some emails. Which perk are you trying to obtain? 

The nhs discounts website usually provides the link and code to activate deals and perks x

hi,

checked all places and resubmitted like 4 times now.

 

trying to get 20% discount off my upgrade per the offer from EE but all websites state i need to use the perks site to get codes.

was attempting to be first time but it wont allow me to validate it at all.

Hi @chownsy,

 

You mentioned when you try and register with a photo that it says your details are already in use.

 

Have you tried resetting your password with these details?

Hi

Yes, nothing works as I know the password and when I click to reset it basically states the same thing that it needs to be validated.

im having the same issue and have tried resetting password and nothing happening. Nothing in junk mail or normal inbox.

It was but put incorrect work address in to register so unable to access the final confirmation.
