I transferred to EE from Three at end of July, due to an offer from my Blue Light card; better phone, discount and free gift of a PS4.
Got the phone delivered within a few days, discount applied to my account, all great, but no PS4!
Was told I'd have to wait couple of weeks, no problems, then 28 days, ok, but have heard no more, no emails or text from anyone! I've contacted Customer services who couldn't help and referred me to Sony support (who had no idea what I was on about!) as the deal has ended. This doesn't sound right as thought this would all show on my account.
Anyway, clutching at straws, but can anyone give me a contact to chase this up with?
