If it's been 15 days since I got the contract when will I know when my  nintendo switch will come?

It is not yet late. You'll get it within 15 - 30 days of receiving your phone. In fact you've only just started in that window. You will be sent a text with tracking info when it is dispatched to you anytime during that period.
