Nintendo switch offer

Hi all,

 

I upgraded back on 21/11 when the switch offer was extended and got my confirmation that a switch would be sent in 15-30 days. I wasn't counting on it for Christmas so there's no devastated little people.

 

However, I've had no email or text regarding delivery and werew now past the 30 day window.

 

Are there any known delays due to the festive season that haven't been reported? I've had a couple of issues with my upgrade that have since been resolved and I don't want to add another to the list.

You will need to speak to CS about your delivery. As with any gift the are subject to demand.

Hi Leanne,

 

It's £38 monthly, 10gb data package and it was upgraded online.

 

I've checked in with customer services and it looks like it was cancelled. They had recorded my old phone trade-in as me returning my new handset in error and itsi being escalated to a resolution.

Thanks for the heads-up. IveI checked in with CS and theyret sorting it now and passed it over to processing to check eligibility and get a resolution.
