Nintendo Switch offer

Hi, sorry if I’ve posted in the wrong place.

I upgraded last week to get a switch and I know it takes up to a month to recieve, but the thing that’s concerned me is there is no mention of a switch on any of my confirmations or paperwork. Is this correct?

What is the current time for switches to be dispatched. I am on day 15 now and heard nothing. Need it for christmas for my young son. No one seem to has any idea when it is going to be here. Thanks

I’ve received mine, I think I got my text confirming delivery on day 14 but I ordered on the first day the offer was available.

About 2 and a half weeks ago just got a text 5 mins ago saying it will be
delivered on Monday

It means that the order is being processed from our side. Hopefully, DPD will be in touch with you soon with delivery times.
