Yesterday evening I upgraded my phone after receiving a text message saying I was eligible to an exclusive offer where I could upgrade my phone without paying any early upgrade fee and that i would also receive 25% off my monthly plan price, was just wondering why the 25% off isn’t showing on my monthly plan?

I recommend speaking to the Mobile Care team. They'll be able to check your account and make sure that it's set up as it should be.
