Monthly discount

Yesterday evening I upgraded my phone after receiving a text message saying I was eligible to an exclusive offer where I could upgrade my phone without paying any early upgrade fee and that i would also receive 25% off my monthly plan price, was just wondering why the 25% off isn’t showing on my monthly plan?

Has your new plan started now?

 

If you log into your My EE app > Plan & Add-Ons > See your add-ons > Does, the discount show?

My new handset is expected to come Monday afternoon so I assume my new plan will start as soon as I have set it up, I’ll check via my EE app when it’s all up and ready to go, thanks for your help.

Thanks for checking your add-ons that's where the discount should be.

 

I recommend speaking to the Mobile Care team. They'll be able to check your account and make sure that it's set up as it should be.
