Jan Sale £30 SIM only offer - How to claim your £100 Amazon gift voucher

If you take out a £30 SIM only plan with 60GB of data between 24 December 2018 and 29 January 2019, you’ll be eligible to claim a £100 Amazon gift voucher. Here’s everything you need to know to complete your claim.

 


So how do I claim my gift voucher?


You’ll get a text within five working days of taking out your SIM only plan telling you about how you can claim your voucher. You‘ll then be directed to our dedicated website to enter your EE mobile number and PIN that will be in the text so you can complete your claim.

 

 

How long do I have to claim my gift voucher?


28 days from the day you take out an eligible 60GB SIM only plan for £30 a month

 

 

Who do I contact if I don’t get my text?


You can call us for free on 0800 587 2296 (Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), 9am-6pm) or email mobilehelp@eereward.co.uk

 

 

What happens if I’m not eligible for the offer?


You may get a notification saying you are not eligible for the offer, this could be because you have another discount applied to your account, such as the Friends and Family discount, student discount or PERK discount. You can find out more about why you’re not eligible by calling us for free on 0800 587 2296 (Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), 9am-6pm).

 


When do I get my gift voucher?


You’ll get your voucher by email after 14 days, as long as you’re still on your SIM only plan, and you can use it straight away. If you've not got it within 21 days or it doesn’t work, make sure you call us for free on 0800 587 2296  (Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), 9am-6pm) or email mobilehelp@eereward.co.uk

 

 

How long do I have to use my gift voucher?


Your Amazon voucher will last for ten years from the date it is sent to you.

 

 

Where can I use my gift voucher?
