Has anyone had a problem verifying their email for ee perks registration. I have tried numerous times and requested that they send me another email but I haven't received 1 email yet.

Yes I've checked my spam mail and I've checked with my works IT department to see if it's been blocked. I'm receiving other emails from ee regarding upgrades etc

Yes I'm doing it through the portal and it won't let me re register as my details are already registered

At the point of registration did you set up a password?
If so, are you able to try log in?

Yep I'd set up a password and I've tried to log on but because I can't confirm my email it just asks me to verify my email. Don't understand why I'm not getting any emails as I'm receiving them from ee about other things

Thanks for that but I've done it that way as well... I got a code but went I rang EE the code wasn't recognised so they told me to try and log on and get it that way.

No not yet. I've spoken to someone twice now and although very helpful and friendly they were unable to help me. All they could say was that I needed the code to get my discount but don't seem to be able to help me to get it. I've even emailed my Id card to someone thinking that would be of use. I'm checking my emails daily including the junk/ spam folder and have contracted the IT department at work who have confirmed that no emails have been received by EE. If I could just unregister and start all over again

Where did you email your ID card to?
Our customer service team will be best placed to get this resolved for you as they have access to your account.

I sent my ID card on email to Jodie Hasson but was told there was nothing they could do without the code
