I am in the middle of upgrading my phone and in order to confirm my purchase I have to enter a security pin which will be sent to my phone number. However my phone is broken so I can't read or recieved text messages. I can't see any other option which is really annoying because now I can't upgrade

@Jasminer Then you go to a store or call customer services to upgrade or can you put your sim in a different device?

Thanks for your response, I wanted to use my perk discount which I don't think you can use in store? I don't have a phone to call customer services or a different phone I can put my sim into. I'm so frustrated

You can buy a PAYG or SIM free phone for £15
Then use it as a back up.
