I have registered for ee perks but keeps telling me my account has been deactivated because I haven't verified my account in time, so I need to re register. I try to re register and it says that my email address is already registered. I have called EE 150 several times and they cannot help.
How do I resolve this?

I am having exactly the same problem.
When I register it says that I am already a customer bit won't let me log on with either my private or work email
The exact same thing is happening to me and I’m getting very frustrated right now, what should be a simple process of upgrading a phone has so far taken me hours of trying to log into various portals and I’m losing patience quickly....

Hi, yes I received the verification email, when I clicked on this it wanted me to log in but would not accept my email address or password, and I tried both my personal and work email address.
