I am having problems accessing ee perks portal

I have registered for ee perks but keeps telling me my account has been deactivated because I haven't verified my account in time, so I need to re register. I try to re register and it says that my email address is already registered. I have called EE 150 several times and they cannot help. 

How do I resolve this?

Hi, yes I received the verification email, when I clicked on this it wanted me to log in but would not accept my email address or password, and I tried both my personal and work email address.

I am also having issues with logging into EE Perks.

I've been trying for almost a week now. It repeatedly says 'login details supplied are invalid.'

 

I've spoken online on chat, and i've just phoned 150 - who both just sent me an email to reset my EE login password - which i have done and did it several times on my own, and it still does not work!

Any advice?!

Have you been able to log into the EE Perk portal before?

 

Are you using your work email or personal email address to log in?

Yes i have logged into it around a year ago or more. 

I've tried logging in with my personal email and my works email, still nothing...
