Bit of a conundrum here.
I ordered my huawei p20 pro on the 28th of Feb at around 10pm - the sole reason being the promotion on the GT watch freebie.
I'm now at the 14 day point where I can claim my watch from the promotion portal, however my order wasn't processed until the 1st.
Now I know I was late to the party, but the terms stated that it was running until the 28th. Am I now ineligible because of a delay in processing?

What was the reason behind your order not being processed?
On your email confirmation does it show your original order date?

Not Sure. I ordered it online in the evening, the confirmation email didn't arrive until the first of march.
Is there anyone/anywhere that I can figure it out?

@Kale7891, your order went in on 28th Feb so you should be eligible for the watch. You made the purchase with this in mind. I think you can therefore insist on the watch. Btw, Is there any additional monthly Service fee for you to pay for having the watch?

Yes the email confirmation came through at 00:10 and says 1st March 2019.

@Kale7891, just to add, if there is an additional monthly Service Charge for you to pay if you do get the free watch, then it wouldn't be such a loss for you not to take up / not to get the free watch offer.

No, nothing extra. As long as you purchased between 01/02/2019 and the 28/02/2019 you get a free Huawei GT watch worth £179. :smileyvery-happy:
