How do I cancel my contract? My internet data hasn't worked for months.

I have tried to call to cancel but they said that I need to go online or 'time to talk' service. I have been instore as well, they said the same thing!  All I want to do is cancel the contract.

Welcome to the Community @SEB12

 

To cancel your contract you will need to give our Customer Service Team a call and they will be able to discuss the termination with you.

Thanks for your reply.

That is a problem in itself since I can't call because I'm deaf. Surely there is another alternative?
