Hi my discount code has said it’s expired but I thought I had 30 days.

I have a blue light card and when I upgraded the lady said I have 30 days to claim my code but it’s saying code expired and I’m not sure what to do now as I only upgraded because of the discount. Plus I got a second line because of the perk.
