Was the protector for your device out of stock? Our loyalty team would have ordered your accessory with your phone.
You would have been given a code if the sales adviser was not able to process the order at point of purchase.
We don't have access to your account information here. If you call our customer care team they will be able to help you with the order of your phone protector.

I tried calling customer service after waiting for nearly one hour.
they said they don’t know anything about it. I said I would rather get it from EE but might have to go on Amazon but they just agreed because they don’t do sales?
For all the years I’ve been with One 2 One then T-Mobile and now EE this years customers service has been the worst! Maybe too loyal for my own good?

You should have received a code via text message with your discount code after setting up your new phone. Have you checked your messages from EE?
