Have not received my text about free gift when I ordered my new phone ?

When I upgraded my phone came with a choice of gifts and customer services said in 14 working days I would receive a text about this but I have not. Has this happened to anyone before ? Do I really have to ring them and chase it ? TIA

Hi Chris thank you for replying - the phone I got was a Google pixel 3a and the free gift was an Xbox. Customer services said I would receive a text but I have not so was not sure who to speak to next about it ? X

Yeah, you should have received a text after 5 days of your order. Then another within 30 days of your order for you to select your gift.
