Galaxy buds plus

I have done the validation process for my galaxy buds plus cause of pre ordering my s20 plus. But how do I keep track of the process? I done my validation on the day I received my new s20+ 10th march. Cheers

You will receive an email from Samsung once you have submitted your application and another with a tracking link once it's accepted. Given the current situation there maybe delays.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
