Hi I upgraded my EE contract through carphone warehouse last week, now when I try and activate my free Apple Music for 6 months it texts back and says it’s already used (ended yesterday). I have tried contacting EE through live chat on two occasions and they both said it will only work once for each mobile number, and that I used it at the beginning of the year. It clearly states on the EE website that it is for new customers and upgrades. And it seems pretty impossible to use 6 months free when my upgrade is only a few days old!! Anyone got any suggestions as EE don’t seem too know what they are talking about lol. Thanks

You may only have the Apple Music add-on for 6 months free once. You had it on your old contract. You can't also have it on your upgrade as you have previously benefited from this six months’ free Apple Music offer.

As Part Of Your Upgrade Package, EE Should Treat This Matter W/ Slightly More Care!
The 6 Months EE Apple Music Promo Is Still A Removable Add On In Terms Of Your Individual Account/s And Will Be Billed Via Apple Music Directly If EE Will Not Acknowledge The Fact That You Are Definitely Entitled To This Offer As A Newly Upgraded Customer!!
I Would Advise You To Create A #Case ID Conversation W/ Apple Via The Support Team In The Meantime Just Incase It Takes Som Time Before Your Next Bill Date To Have The
Add-On Updated For Your Initial Upgrade!

Now carry on reading the "Basics - Who can get Apple Music" and you will find that:
The Offer is available to new and existing Consumer and Small Business 4GEE Customers on a Pay Monthly phone or SIM only phone plan customers who have not previously benefited from our six months’ free Apple Music offer.
