I got this when i traded in my iphone 7 and upgraded. I cannot find out how much is on it (cannot remember the amount probably about £40 on it after paying for my new phone)
I have tried the EE shop but they no longer have any card readers (they said)
I have tried the website on the back of the card and it states "USER IS BLOCKED. Please contact service desk" whoever they are !!!
I rang the telephone number on the card and entered my details and the access code was not recognised.
Anyone have any ideas ... just going around in circles at the moment.

Call 150 from your mobile ask them?
