Ee perk

Am trying to register for the 20% off NHS discount which I've had before. When I go to click on the link to get the code, I have to log onto my ee Perks account. It then tells me my account has been deactivated and doesn't give an option to re activate or anyrhing? Anyone know how to solve this?

Hi @Coe22

Welcome to the community.

Do you get an error message when you try and log into your EE Perk account?

When did you register for an EE Perk account?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
