my EE perks account has been deactivated because I didn’t register on my work email in time I have called multiple times to 150 and spoke to the admin team at work and they have no idea I have reset my password and it still says my account is deactivated and tried to re register but I always get the message this email address is already registered even though the account is deactivated
my contract renewal is soon so I would like to get this resolved so I can use the code for my new contract

There is no account access on these forums. You will need to speak to CS about this issue.

I have multiple times and can see on the forums there a few people that have have had the same issue and managed to resolve it

All customer service agents should be aware of the perks portal and should be able to help you. How many times have you called in order to try and resolve this?
Please try calling 0800 317 720 (direct customer service number) again and let us know if you continue to have problems.

4 times in total on the last call I was called to talk to my admin team at work to see if they can clear the account or re active it but my admin team at work have nothing to do ee perks or anything like that

Hello hope you can help I am having this same problem account says deactivated change password doesn't make difference contacted customer services they cant help EE wont give me discounts until I have a code contacted HR like what customer services told me to do they dont have a clue either. Tearing my hair out getting annoyed any help would be much appreciated thank you

I have a similar issue too, I have spoken to CS who suggest speaking to HR in NHS but they have no idea how to reactive the account.
Please can you provide guidance on how to overcome this issue as I recently upgraded and need to provide a discount code within 30 days.
