Ear Buds - cant claim?

Hi

 

I ordered a galaxy s10+ on 13th April and I am supposed to be able to claim Galaxy buds.

 

I cant find anywhere to do this in the samsung members app and if I try on their website I get the message belowCapture.PNG

 

This is very disappointing, my order clearly states I should be able to claim galaxy buds

@Katie_B  yes I did order S10+ 512GB

 

Would you blimmin believe it, ive found it now, they dont make it easy! - had to select benefits and then select events.

@SNOWIESTELF   Your not claiming from Samsung your getting them from EE as they are part of the contract you agreed too, EE will dispatch them after 30 days after you received the device. 

 

It was only pre-orders that could claim free headphone from Samsung.

I was told both over the phone when I ordered, and in the store when I collected that I need to claim them from Samsung by signing into the samsung members app and entering my imei number

Have you had the chance to look at the great article we have regarding the claim?

 

Are you trying to make the claim on your S10+?

 

What is the error message? the photo you have attached has not came through.

@Katie_B  I have read it but I cant find an online claim form in the samsung members app. And if I try to claim through the samsung website it tells me I must have pre-ordered between 20/2 and 07/03 to claim and says that as I ordered on 13th April im not eligible.

 

But my order clearly says I am eligible for the buds

When you are on the members app are you selecting the benefit option @SNOWIESTELF?

 

Did you order the S10+ 512GB as the offer was extended for this variant only?

It states on the Samsung website you must do it through the Members App. Have you looked in there?

 

  1. Open Samsung Members App.
  2. Scroll down and click on View More on the right hand side of Benefits
  3. Scroll down to see Claim Those Galaxy Buds
