Just upgraded my phone, just wondering how I can claim my gift... Any help will be great

Welcome to the community. 🙂

 

You can claim the free gift by heading to https://claimyourgift.co.uk.
 
There's an option on there to send an email to Kondor customer services with your claim information before the 17/10/19.
 
After that, you should be able to process the claim on the online form.

Ordered mine on 13th oct , lost in transit and out of stock now and renewed my contract before receiving phone.

Hi mate,

 

I've had similar issues, tried to claim mine today and Sony are saying EE have put me on the wrong contract so am only entitled to a free pair of headphones (not quite a PS4) EE are claiming it is Sony's issue and I seem to be getting nowhere.

 

Who'd have thought both companies would be so unwilling to help out considering I'm now paying EE £60 a month for a phone and would be paying Sony for their system/games.  Crazy

Claimed my ps4 two weeks ago but haven't had any confirmation about it?  Was a bit worried due to them asking me for proof of purchase? So I wasn't 100% sure what they needed, In the end I sent them my contract deatails. Anymore information to help me out would be great.
