Cancelling my order

I've recently bought a SIM card with a £10 top-up however I needed the SIM immediately therefore I purchased one from a shop 40 miles away.
Is there any chance I can cancel my order that's being delivered?
Thanks

Re: Cancelling my order

If you bought the 1st one online or by phone you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from when it's delivered to cancel it. Just phone EE & tell them that's what you want to do.
