Amazon Prime

I took advantage of the free 6 months of amazon Prime. It's not due too expire until January 13th however I recieved an email from amazon on October 18th saying my membership has ended. I changed my sim only deal but kept the same number but I wonder if this had something to do with it?

Is it still showing on your account if you log into MyEE under add ons ?
