Adding data boost

If I've just taken out a new pay monthly contract, when will my data boost be applied if I'm already an existing fibre broadband customer (have been for at least a year)? Thanks

It won't!  You can only get a data boost added to your mobile contract at the time you take a new or upgraded BB contract. It is not retrospective.

If your account is eligible for this benefit you will receive a text message. 


Next time you upgrade your home broadband you will automatically get the boost applied.
