Hi all,
Hopefully someone can tell me where I'm going wrong.
I've logged into my Plusnet Broadband account, and noticed the EE exclusive deals for existing customers. I don;t use much data or calls, so a £6 a month SIM only plan is great!
I click the link on the Plusnet page and it takes me to ee.co.uk to chose a plan, I click "Buy Now" on the £6 plan, and get directed to a ee.co.uk page with options to upgrade/manage my account etc. No mention of the plan I just selected.
Any ideas?
Here are some screen shots...
The advert on Plusnet website:
The EE website, where you chose a plan:
EE website after selecting "Buy Now"
From here, its just the standard available plans on EE, the cheapest being £11.

Unfortunately this offer seems to only be for Existing Plusnet Customers who are brand new to EE Mobile and joining from another network.
If you already have an EE Mobile account you would not be unable to purchase this, as logging in just takes you to your existing account.

Thanks @Matt_124 - that seems a bit harsh to block loyal customers from better deals.
I always thought deals had to be available to new and existing customers.
I guess EE expects me to leave, and then join back to get the best deal?!
Grrrrrumble!
