number not receiving texts or calls

Hi, I am currently not receiving any text messages or calls to my number.

Please help as it has been like this for days now. My battery died and I ended up leaving my phone at my friends. When I got it back it has not been the same.

i cannot call EE as you charge 25p and I'm on pay as you go

Could you also, text BALANCE to 150, does this send and do you get a reply?

When was the last time you topped up and made a chargeable call & text?

 

Is there a sim in your phone?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Is it possible to get a call back

Hi,

 

i am having difficulty with my phone. I can make calls but I am not receiving calls or texts.

 

I am a pay as you go customer who uses a plan each month. Please help as this is affecting my work.

 

I cannot call customer services as I have no extra credit on my phone since you charge 25p. Can you please add credit to my phone so I contact customer service to try and resolve this issue.
