Hi @513700

Have you checked EE Network Status Checker?

Can you access EE WiFi calling service, assuming you have WiFi?

Thanks

This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened so I am leaving and going to Giff-Gaff which offers much better deals and stays online.

Or Vodafone

Or 3

Or anyone who doesn't screw me about.

Since you can't help goodbye.

Hi @513700,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Did the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?

Are you only experiencing this problem in one location or everywhere?

Thanks

James

Hi @513700,

The Network Status Checker should be available now.

Thanks
