I have been having signal issues on my iphone 6. I've done the suggested things of reset network settings, turn off, remove sim card. I noticed that i don't have the carrier option on my phone. I let EE know and they said updating on my laptop should solve the problem. But there are still no updates of any kind coming up.

What signal issues are you having?
Are you PAYG or pay monthly?
Can you access the Internet without using WiFi?
