Why is my mobile connection so slow?

Signal problem

I have a sim contract with unlimited internet and sometimes it doesn't work at all, I don't know what's happening but I'm not at all satisfied with ee. they are interested in taking money from people and providing less services

Resolved! 5G woes

HiI have an S21 Ultra 5G but I never get anything like 5G speeds. I just did a speed test and after the page finally loaded my speed was 240Kbps..So what do I need to get 5G speeds?My contract is 5G..ThanksT

No signal

Why is it everywhere I go I have no signal and it's in numerous places Llandudno,colwyn bay,old colwyn and also Wrexham I thought EE was the best provider in the country according to there adverts but can barley get signal across North wales
