I'm in anfield having same issues since 31st January. Weak/slow speeds laggy buffering.  No date on resolvement of this issue I'm new to EE and this is poor start to my contract I do not have broadband at home so rely on my mobile device

no mast on DH9 since dec

put in a complaint and ask for money off bill or leave with no charge. you get offered money off bill for 3 months(includes sim only) or to leave at no cost to you.
