Why won’t my phone connect to the network?

My daughters phone won’t connect to EE, she can only make calls when she has WiFi. Please help!

I took the phone into Apple today and they said it was an antennae or hardware problem so not fixable unless they send it away.

Has you daughter been able to previously connect to EE ?


If you haven't already tried this, switch the phone off and then back on, as sometimes this can make the phone connect.

 

Also, enter the postcode for the area where you have this issue, into the EE Service Checker and see if there are any issues in that area.
