Sign in to Network on Samsung S10+

I started getting a message to sign in to my EE network. The community seems to suggest that this would be if I have no data left.

I have recently transferred additional data from another account (before this issue started arising) but my phone still has more than 1GB left. 

When I click the link it gives me the option to buy more data, but I dont see why I should when i have data left...

If you text AL to 150 what does this report?

Hi

I'm not abroad no. The message I got tells me that I have 1.3GB of data left. But unless I'm connected to wifi I do not seem to receive any messages, etc.

Is mobile data enabled within your phone settings?

Try resetting your network settings.

 

You will need to re-enter any WiFi passwords etc.
