Rubbish signal!!!

I woke up yesterday 12/11/19 and had hardly any signal all day, and then the same again today! I can only text with the one bar it's got, I have lots off calls to make and I can't do this so please could you tell me how long this problem will last, I have mine and my husbands phone on one contract so we have no working phone in the house, I pay over £120 a month for it to not work for 2 days!!! Not on this!

You mention about having two phones in the house... are either of them able to use WiFi calling while you're at home?

Yes there is a problem in my area, I am now getting updates via text but nothing been fixed yet

Im not really sure how to use WiFi calling so I haven't tried, I'm just hoping ee fix it soon lol

If you wish toimprove your call quality whilst in your home to make calls, please follow these steps @Michaelagrieves:

• connect your phone to WiFi.
• from the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
• tap Settings.
• tap More.
• tap Wi-Fi Calling.
• set the Wi-Fi Calling toggle switch to On.
