I woke up yesterday 12/11/19 and had hardly any signal all day, and then the same again today! I can only text with the one bar it's got, I have lots off calls to make and I can't do this so please could you tell me how long this problem will last, I have mine and my husbands phone on one contract so we have no working phone in the house, I pay over £120 a month for it to not work for 2 days!!! Not on this!

You mention about having two phones in the house... are either of them able to use WiFi calling while you're at home?

Does this only happen at home?
What does the Coverage Checker show for general coverage within your area?

Yes there is a problem in my area, I am now getting updates via text but nothing been fixed yet

Im not really sure how to use WiFi calling so I haven't tried, I'm just hoping ee fix it soon lol
