I cant make calls

I cant make calls. I get the mssg "not registered on network". Can you help?

Do you have a signal on the phone?

 

Is it all numbers that you can't call?

 

What phone are you using, and have you restarted it?

My mobile is saying "not registered on network" when I try to make any call

Last couple days i cant make any calls.a mssg saying not registered on network. Anyone else seen this?
