I live in the AB51 5RS postcode and every evening after about 8pm my phone stops working until the next morning. Just this evening for instance I am unable to do some urgent online banking because I need to generate a code using my phone. Why might this be happening? It's hugely annoying and has going on for quite a while now. Hope I'm posting this in the right place, apologies if not (first post).

@davidwheatley or if you would rather speak to someone ring freephone 0800 956 3146 from a landline from 8AM so they can do some diagnostics over the phone with you.
