Can't make calls. No mobile network

Hello. I cannot make calls and have no mobile network. Help please.

It's now fine. Didn't do anything and it eventually found the network. Thanks.

@DomH : Have you checked the Network Status Checker there & logged the problem?

Checked. And it is showing no problems where I live and where I work - so it's not that.

 

Colleague has an we phone and no problem. Its my phone for sure. Huawei mate 20 lite.

 

Any advice please?

Thanks for confirming this @DomH

 

Are you able to try your SIM in another device to see if the issue continues?

 

If it does, I would recommend a replacement SIM which you can get by taking valid photo ID into your local EE Store or by giving us a call

 

If the issue stops, I would recommend speaking with our technical care team.
