Hi, I upgraded my phone through my EE, I got a email Confirmation, but I haven’t heard anything more in 5 days, the tracking number doesn’t work?
can someone advise what to do?

@Lee_H Thanks for the reply,
i spoke to customer services, the system had got somewhat stuck on my order. They rectified it and as a good will gesture put trebbled my data allowance for the term! Absolute brilliant service had it sorted in 10 mins and new phone coming tomorrow.
