upgrade

hi,

 

i have ordered my upgrade earlier on this evening, had the confirmation screen with order number etc but it says i will receive a confirmation email which i still haven't received and its been approx 3 hours now????

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

have you checked your spam ?

 

If you haven't received anything I would recommend contacting 150 and they will be able to check your upgrade to make sure it's been processed correctly.

Hi,

 

yes have checked my junk/spam folder. Will call 150 in the morning & hope it’s processed correctly as it was an offer that’ll be finished by 7am!
