I made an pre-order on 6th December and now we are on 26th December and the order didn't came at all and nobody knows nothing about it, how is this possible? i have paid £25 in advance for that pre-order and the guy from ee store tells me that he don't know nothing if the phone will come or not. The phone supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband but because of them i didn't had the present. I'm very disappointed of ee staff. So, who knows were can i make a complain regarding my problem.

EE retail stores are a different sales outlet to online sales. You will need to take the issue up with the store direct.
