phone upgrade

help with an upgrade, i ordered a phone on thursday and was told 24 hours!

also this was a trade in and now after 2 emails and text you guys are telling me that if you don't receive my phone by the 10th then the contract is void and i will be liable £300 fee

Did you receive an order number once the order was completed?

 

If yes, what does the online order tracker report?

 

We're temporarily extending our trade-in returns policy from 14 days to 42 to help our customers self-isolate. We are working closely with our recycle partner and will contact all affected customers.
