ordered phone over 2weeks ago and still haven't got a tracking number?

I upgraded and ordered my new phone on the 27th September. I received the first email confirming order but no email about delivery or a tracking number? I don't know if it's delayed or even being accepted as I only got the first email and nothing since? I just want to confirm if i'm actually going to receive the phone? any help would be appreciated.

Best call CS on 150 as they will be able to confirm the situation with your order.
