Hey.
I ordered an Samsung galaxy S20 plus on friday.
and i still didn't receive any information about it.
can i get a little help please ?

I am really sorry to hear this, I know it's frustrating when you're excited about a new device. All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

 

Once your device is ready for delivery, you will be notified.

hey.

 

it was a Cosmic black Samsung S20 Plus 128GB

i got the Email about my order being process.

but i ordered on Friday and the website says 
"Now in stock. Usually dispatched within 1 day to you."

i understand the current situation
and i just wating for an email or an SMS like 

"you're order gonna be delayed" or something like that.

and i still wating for some response.
